Usually, using the RIGID process (injection molding and reaction), articles with densities from 450 to 500 kg/m3 are produced.
Uses of the process
The low viscosity of the foam reagent mixture and the excellent fluidity of the expanding foam allow for large and complex molded parts under low pressure within the mold.
